TC-WLD(T) TEDS
The TC-WLD(T) is a ready-to-use strain-gauge load cell dedicated for pressure force measurement on spot welding machines in industrial production lines. It consists of a handy all-metal housing with a spring-loaded handle to ensure safe operation. A 6-core shielded cable with two robust PRC connectors and a length of one meter is included as standard to allow quick and safe connection with the TEAC TD-01 Portable indicator, for example.
The TC-WLD(T) is available for forces up to 10 kN or 20 kN and has a safe overload handling of 120 percent. Linearity is as high as one percent (10 kN) or two percent (20 kN) and the compensated temperature range from zero to 50 degrees celsius guarantees exact measurement results even under adverse environmental conditions.
The built-in Transducer Electronic Data Sheet (TEDS, IEEE 1451.4) allows auto-identification and auto-calibration of the load cell to ensure time-saving setup and avoid scaling and calibration errors.
